Hello, my name is Harley Dietrich. I have built a successful civilian career and dedicated 20 years to the United States Army Reserves, where I retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. My military experience includes serving in Desert Storm and spending four years as First Sergeant of a combat Military Police company in Pennsylvania.
Following my retirement, I began volunteering with the American Legion. However, I quickly came to understand that I could make a greater impact by dedicating my efforts to directly assisting veterans in more meaningful ways.
Motivated by this realization, I launched a small business with the goal of leveraging all my skills and experience to support any veteran in need.

Phase 1 - Feasibility Study
In this initial phase, we will work together to develop a clear and concise outline of your proposed pet services business and possible self-service pet wash venture. This outline will include selecting a target location identified by zip code, determining the optimal size of the space to lease, specifying the pet wash equipment required, and estimating all anticipated developmental costs. Once we establish the desired square footage, CBP will identify and present between five and ten leasable properties for your consideration.
From this shortlist, three properties will be chosen for a more in-depth evaluation and potential engagement. For each of these three prospective locations, CBP will leverage the respective zip codes to conduct detailed analyses, providing you with key metrics that help determine the marketing base and overall viability of each site.
During this phase, CBP will also offer expert advice on negotiation strategies and, if needed, actively participate in interactions with property owners or agents. We will share historical insights on both successes and challenges encountered in similar ventures, along with relevant financial data, to inform and empower your decision-making process and budget development. The Investigation Phase is designed to be thorough yet efficient, typically requiring one to two months for completion. The services provided during this phase are billed at a fixed fee of $1,000.00 per month, ensuring you have reliable, transparent support as you lay the foundation for your business.
Phase 2 - initial setup
This phase encompasses site selection and development, equipment installation, and staff training. Essential activities include selecting architects, legal counsel, contractors, and suppliers, procuring equipment, ordering necessary materials, and finalizing contractual agreements. CBP will provide at least two alternatives for each category and support lease negotiations. The timeline and associated costs will be established based on the outcomes and satisfaction levels achieved in Phase 1.
Phase 3 - ongoing support
